Not to be confused by the Microgaming slot of the same name, Jungle Jim is a 25 line, 5 reel progressive jackpot slot from Boss Media, with an additional bonus game and a free spin feature offering the chance to win up to 100 free spins. The game also features a unique triple jackpot system, and wild cards.

Jungle Jim can be played in denominations of between 1 cent and $1 per line and you can play up to 5 coins per spin. The jackpots can only be won if maximum credits are played so always select maximum coins. The game features three separate jackpots for each coin value played – the Jackpot, the Super Jackpot and the Grand Jackpot. To win each jackpot you need 3, 4, or 5 consecutive jackpot symbols on a pay line starting from the left hand reel. If you don’t have maximum bet selected you will win 100 x your bet if you line up 3 symbol, 1000x for 4 symbols and 10,000 x your bet for five symbols. The wild card does not substitute for the jackpot symbol for progressive wins.

On the top left hand of the screen you will notice your bonus game points score. For each money bag that appears on the fifth reel you earn 125 points towards the bonus game. Changing the denomination of the coin value played or exiting the game resets the bonus meter and loses the points already scored. If you need to visit the cashier you can do this within the game so you don’t lose your points. When the bonus meter reaches 500 points, it triggers the treasure hunt bonus game. The object of the game is to guide Jungle Jim the treasure hunter across the river to the treasure chest on the other side. Choose either of the two paths and use the submerged logs and turtles as stepping stones to get to the treasure chest. For each step you successfully take you will win a cash prize. If you fall into the river, the bonus game ends and you keep the prizes you have won up to that point. You can win between 200 and 10,000 credits on the bonus game.

The Jungle Jim symbol is also the free spin scatter bonus icon. Three Jungle Jims appearing anywhere on the reels awards 10 free spins, four Jungle Jims award 25 free spins and five Jungle Jims award 100 free spins. During the free spins round all prizes except for progressive jackpot wins are doubled and free spins can be retriggered if 3 or more Jungle Jims appear on the reels during a free spin.
